Testing Komunikasi Modbus RTU VFD Vacon 10 Menggunakan Modbus Poll

1️⃣ Tujuan
-
- Menguji koneksi komunikasi Modbus RTU antara PC/Laptop dan VFD Vacon 10
- Membaca data feedback VFD (frekuensi, speed, arus, status)
- Memberikan perintah RUN / STOP dan setpoint frekuensi melalui Modbus

3️⃣ Wiring Dasar

- Ground motor & VFD wajib tersambung (360° earthing)

4️⃣ Setting Parameter VFD (Quick Modbus Setup)
🔧 Parameter di keypad Vacon 10
STEP 1 – Aktifkan kontrol via Fieldbus

- P2.1 = 1 → Control place = Fieldbus

STEP 2 – Setting dasar komunikasi
(Sesuaikan dengan Modbus Poll)

- Slave ID → contoh: 1
- Baudrate → 9600 / 19200
- Data bit → 8
- Parity → None
- Stop bit → 1

5️⃣ Konfigurasi Modbus Poll

- Buka Modbus Poll
- Menu Connection → Connect
- Pilih:
- Connection: RTU
- COM Port: sesuai USB–RS485
- Baudrate: sama dengan VFD
- Parity: None
- Slave ID: 1
- Klik OK
Jika benar → Tx/Rx counter bertambah
6️⃣ Testing Output Data (Read Register)
Gunakan Holding Register (4xxxx) atau Input Register (3xxxx) sesuai tabel.

🔹 Control Word (Register 2001)

🔹 Reference Speed (Register 2003)
- Nilai 5000 → 50,00%
- Jika MaxFreq = 50 Hz → output = 25 Hz
🧪 Langkah Uji:
- Write 2001 = 1 → VFD RUN
- Write 2003 = 5000
- Monitor:
- Status = RUN
- Frekuensi = 25 Hz
- Write 2001 = 0 → STOP
9️⃣ Indikator Berhasil
✅ Tidak ada error timeout
✅ Status berubah RUN / STOP
✅ Frekuensi & speed berubah sesuai setpoint
✅ Data feedback terbaca stabil
🔚 Kesimpulan
Komunikasi Modbus RTU VFD Vacon 10 berhasil jika:
